Well, I will probably never buy a RCF/DB product again. Dealing with a warranty is quite the task.
1. Contact Dealer, Dealer can't help after purchasing...
2. Contact DB Tech USA Distributor--AMS
3. After 4 phone calls, 3 emails, I finally got a hold of someone by accident. The only problem is they tell me that they have lost staff, and the DB Tech "guy" no longer works there.
4. They then tell me I have to get the woofer ordered through a service center, not a dealer-- There is only ONE in the entire city of Los Angeles.
5. I then call the service repair shop and they said it's an 8 week lead time, and they won't replace the woofer. They need the entire speaker for warranty and propper testing,
I miss my BOSE L1
I am now out a speaker for 8 weeks.
