A class act guy and business owner, we all heard that, and we'll keep on hearing it.

Once again was taken care of for a purchase of a Bliss 15 that should be receiving sometime next week, got big ideas and plans for it, got other nick nacks to order this week, I guess I'm taking the bad economy to go even poorer and purchase equipment.

Thanks Ben, as always.

Without the supporting cast I have like Kat, Sam, Marianne, Travis, Bradley, Rick, Caleb, Chris, Matt, Cheyenne and the others at NLFX I would be nothing but a geek. LOL.

Thank you for spending your hard earned money with us, we greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with you.

Ben

Now is the time to buy if you can at all afford it prices are reasonable and the economy will eventually turn for the better you will be ready

Does Ben own the company????

If so you deal with us peons?

.

I believe the answer is "Yes" on both counts.

(Ala "Spam" from Monty Python....)

"Ben, Ben, Ben, Ben, Ben.......BEN!"

& of course, Kat, Travis & the gang.

You guys rock.

Cheers,

Joe

I guess sometimes you konw know someone until you know someone.

I didn't know Ben owned the company I just thought he was just a really smart guy in the company that took a liking to us on the chat boards.

I feel dumb.

No worries Cam,

It's just another testiment to how he doesn't forget his roots (DJing) and is willing to help us on an individual basis. He lives and breathes this stuff!

He also has a top notch support team behind him and I trust each and every one of them.

It's always Marsha, Marsha, Marsha!....[storms out of room]

Can the owner of a company not be a good representative of that company? Isn't that what we are trying to achieve in business? Is the opposite true? Can the owner be a poor representative and the business be as successful? I think Ben is running his a$$ of because it all starts at the top; he works hard and so do 'his people'. In return, they are all pretty busy in what people keep saying is a down economy. (some refuse to participate)

I can honestly say that I have never once felt like a customer of NLFX, but more as part of the family. They don't sell me things, they help me to make well informed purchases to further my success in the industry.

I have not ever worked with a better company, and also can't imagine finding a company more loyal to their "family members!" Props to all the gang at NLFX.

(I must add that Kat is always ESPECIALLY helpful when it comes to moving money from my account to theirs! LOL I have a trouble with that little two letter word ....ummmmm, what was it again? Dang, I told you!!!) :sqwink:

Ok maybe not peons...minnows...maybe.

I'd say it's fantastic. The number of large scale intalls, and large orders. I feel I got the same great customer service buying $200 in speaker stands that the guy that purchased a giant FOH system.

Then there was the time Ben tracked down a Turbosound replacement speaker for me and he really wasn't even carring the brand.

I honestly had no idea.

Thanks Heath :) I'll make sure that we continue the well informed decisions... like more Dynacord for you :sqwink:

Oh.... that 2 letter word that you are looking for is "Si!" :sqwink:

Kat

I've gotta give NLFX props for personal service and attention. Whether you're spending $200.00 or $200 grand, Kat and the crew come through with first class service.

I wish I'd have known about NLFX in 2000 when we built our system. :)

If I recall correctly, Ben has been a good business person even back when he was 10 years old.

Don't worry Ben, I won't go into that story here ;-)
