It's really a simple concept be nice...

It's been a good couple of months the board has been active, a few old timers showing up, some new folks coming in it's been enjoyable.

We aren't naieve enough to think everyone wil get along all the time life just isn't like that BUT if you are unable to hold a civilized conversation without name calling or berating save us the trouble and leave. The new policy is be nice or be gone

What if they aren't Cleveland fans? I know I just about everyone is, but there's always a few!😄

I hope admins don’t become overbearing, I personally like the beatings given, a gladly accept when I post something that deserves one, there’s already far to much censorship online in other places

Yeah that probably won't happen. I'm pretty ok with you guys beating each other up on any given subject most don't make it personal. It's the ones that come here to troll that I have issues with

To me, it's all about how you word something. You can disagree. Disagree with passion, even. But it's important to remember that we are guests on someone's website. Everyone is free to start their own website and be as mean as they feel they need to be. Also, if you truly believe in your position and want to others to see your side, it's wildly more effective to do it while not looking like a troll and putting others down.
Ironically, it's just like reading a room, which is the most important trait a DJ can learn.

I like to think of forums as being akin to a house party. Suppose your vegan friend invites you to a house party and he serves up veggie burgers. You can't stand them and only eat red meat. Do you attack your friend's character for being vegan or do you just say, "No thanks. Not for me." If you choose the former, do you expect to be allowed to stay?

I can't relate. I don't have any vegan friends 😂
