I have 5 RNRs one being the very first version and the one I put the most weight on. I’d said I put well over 500+ lbs on it. The second one a got around in 2000 is different and cracked near the handle and needed to be welded also front wheel broke. Beside filling the tires with air the carts have been reliable except for that second one. And I can see the front wheel breaking if you pull the cart loaded with the wheel facing the wrong direction. Or the cart snapping at the front if you get one with a bad weld, I haven’t seen it except with that second one which gave me all kinds of problems but still works after getting it fixed. I just don’t load it with much & Its a backup. It is clearly made different from all the recent ones. But with the RNRs none of the other carts opens up that wide & folds up so small. So I can carry three carts, 2 RNRs & 1 regular cart in the van without taking up much room. A Small R2 is kept in the Suv and use for both business & personal stuff like going to the beach. I brought it originally to fit in my TL and not take up the whole trunk. I just say be careful and don’t stack stuff super high on it. Yes, the magliner & Global copy are Definitely better built but the size open & folded takes it out the the running for me as they won’t fit into the designated area in the van.
