Let's keep it simple. Even billionaires have a limit on a goods or services they will pay. It's just that they have more disposable income then 99% of the people in the world.
Guy comes to fix your furnace, charges you $500. Was there 10 minutes.
WTF? I coulda turned the screw! So you ask about the price.
OK, he says, $5 to turn the screw that fixed the problem. Sound fair?

'Billionaires' rarely have 'disposable income'. The reason they're billionaires is because their money is working for them all the time. Anything dubbed as 'disposable' is not earning anything.
Reminds me of a story my favorite boss told me. He said a guy took his car to a mechanic to get fixed in the 80's. The mechanic works on the car for 20 minutes and charges him $75. The man was upset getting charged that much.
Mechanic tells him you're paying me for what you don't know. If you knew what to do you wouldn't have needed to see me.
the most i've charged was $1350 for 1:45 of music. probably add 5 hours to that for all the prep/drive/set/strike.
