Does anybody know of anyone who makes an angled XLR female plug that has the top hole going AWAY from the angle? Here's the standard plug that everyone seems to have:

The little yamaha MG10xu mixer that I'm using has male sockets but the way they're oriented, it puts the cable going right over the master bus on the mixer.

The Neutrik assembly instructions show the barrel can be rotated up to 145 degrees, so you can get within 45 degrees of what you want ...

The Switchcraft R3Mz appears to be able to be put together at any angle.

I think the issue is the Neutrik can't be put together with the 3 holes in the opposite orientation (middle hole up vs down) .. whereas the Switchcraft one appears to be able to.

As Steve said Neutrik does the job. Just read Steve's second post he seems to know this better.

Can you remove the two screws on the mixer and rotate them?
DON"T. If the interior connecting wires are not long enough to turn/twist, you may have to resolder the wires or if it is on a Circuit board you will disorient the pins. Either way you run the risk of a cold solder.
