Switching Websites

Glad you brought up this subject. Possibility that I may need to do same down the road.

If you move the site as it is and leave it running in the old location for at least 48 hours during the transition for any DNS that hasn't updated then no; It will not affect your SEO.

No. If you change domains then possibly (if you don't use a redirect) but if you simply transfer the domain then no.
