Except this douche rocket is co-founder of NAPSTER... How much $$$ do you think he has taken out of those of us who spend our money on legal music and operate out businesses that way, Only to give that same music collection to those that did nothing but click there mouse and buy a hard drive?

I don't worry about such things. I've mentioned it before .. you may spend $100+ a month on music, but that comes out to $5-$10 per individual gig. If we can't sell around that, there are other issues. Not saying getting it for free is right, but not enough of a leverage to swing competition.

Ok Lemme help you out here because I have noticed for years now you are using the wrong word. I will even give you a hint to help you remember which one to use:
First of all you should have used "their" not "there":
Here is the hint: There refers to a place. Example "They will put you over there in the Corner".
Whereas: Their refers to people or ownership. Example "DJs should legally acquire their own music."

Now carry on!

I don't want to confuse the guy. This is Lesson One! ;)

I don't believe you've confused anyone -- I think many of US, are still trying to figure from which rock you crawled out from under.

Carry on English Professor -- or get a gig DJ'ing...

Rick,
we get it that you don't see eye to eye with Houston.

However, I do believe this post is over the top rude

Unfortunately, when his posts are "Quoted" is the only time I get to read his Ignorant messages. Ever since he showed his true bigoted colors some months ago, he has been on my "Ignore List". An ignorant Bigot is what he is and always will be, sadly he keeps getting a "pass" so I suspect he will continue with his rambunctious and bombastic spewing of hatred and bitterness. I am glad that a few are noticing. Thanks Scott!

I'm just glad he didn't see your FB pic this morning. Now THAT would've given him some fuel for his fire. ;)

When my kids get married, I'd love to have the money to clothe some of my in-law family in Ewok costumes.

There's something very creepy about that, Steve.
There are some things about you that we don't really need to know...

You're the one that said if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen, or something to that effect.

I guess that's why you have me on ignore, because the stove is getting too hot for you. You talk down to us, yet get peeved when we return the same. WTF!

If you would stop being such a condescending individual -- people might like you more -- just a thought... :)

No, the grammar was correct. One word was missing that's all.

those that did nothing but click that there mouse and buy a hard drive?

Let's keep it simple. How many on here if they had that kind of money to spend on a wedding would do so? Obviously he didn't spend his last dollar on this wedding.

Not me -- I would invest in some real estate, give some to homeless shelters, etc.

No reason I can find to spend that kind of money on a party. If I invested it in real estate with the current market, I could buy roughly 90 houses, rent them out for a grand a month, and make $90,000 per month.

It's a no brainer to me.

I remember when someone did the math and figured that Mitt Romney makes (something like) $57,000 a day!
Think if you would give 10-thousand dollars to a needy family, every day?
You could be an absolute HERO, every day of your life...
and still have 47-grand to spend....every day.

Same with this guy.
You could give 8-million to charity...and still throw one HELL of a party with the remaining million bucks!

Oh, but you DO have the opportunity to do just this. Lets say you make $250 per day. Just take $25 per day and give it to the poor. You know there are countries where that $25 could feed a number of starving children and you'd be saving their lives. Go ahead and, you're welcome.

This is true...
But my point was this guy can afford to do a lot of good with his money,
instead of spending 9 million on a one day party!
I doubt his bank account won't even notice...
where as MY budget can put that $25 to good use feeding MY OWN family.

How much does he give to charity now?
