Sandy and I are together when "we" close 90% of our clients.

Then we both close about 5% individual.

I don't know that Sandy is better at closing but I do know that she uses the same word-tracks to close that we use with every client.

My wife closes most of our clients as she is available to answer phone calls more often than I am. I am usually the first responder to emails, but she does the majority of the follow up calls / closings.

Diana does the paperwork. performs from time to time. Helps me at gigs until the main dancing starts. I take care of music, computers and equipment repair.

Sounds like many of the wives mentioned (distinction "wife" being somewhat irrelevant and just a statement of fact... no negative connotation intended in that... could just as well be hired assistant bookeeper, etc.) handle phone calls, correspondence, and books... but are they handlin the ENTIRE closing process beginning to end? Do they do the consultations as well, or are you saying that your events or bookings close without consultations based on some phone and email correspondence?

What are your actual closing practices/processes and who handles which parts specifically?

I actually lead the charge and most of the time can book the client. If it's iffy, then the wife steps in to close the deal.

I do the selling, but Wifey handles all the paperwork and phone calls. I do the meetings and the shows.

Really depends...Alot of our events are handled by email or phone and she does that. If it's a face to face consultation I generally do that
