I'm channeling Ricky for my best poll impression. I want to add some new looks to my front board wrap system. Instead of just buying them and guessing, I just sent a poll to a handful of the wedding planners I work with most often.

I cherry-picked a few designs that I thought might be interesting, and I'm curious about which ones the planners like.

It's a simple idea, but my hope is that it does a few things:

1) Makes sure I don't buy things that my partner vendors won't like
2) Keeps my name fresh in their inbox during a busy booking season
3) Let's them know that we really do try to build our business around what their clients want and need from us

I'm attaching the designs that I picked out, any guesses on what the winners and losers will be?

Good use of Polls! Let us know how responsive the planners were in a week or so. What percentage of planners took the time to vote. Also, let us know if the planners went through the list top to bottom and voted on each one.

IMO, the only one that I feel is kind of a works for everyone kind of look is the BD-460 White Tufted look. BD 624 looks cool though.

From a wedding perspective the only that works with the curved shape of the facade and the atmosphere of a wedding is the white tufted design. In some environments you could incorporate the brick option or the greenery wall (j0963), but I think those are gonna be very few and far in between.

The ones I picked, I had done an event in recent memory that I thought they might be appropriate for:

The navy and gold would have looked great with these table linens and place settings: View: https://www.instagram.com/p/CVPByPqjkQj/

Either the black or black and gold would look great at the Ritz in Georgetown with the dark windows and how they normally set the room: View: https://www.instagram.com/p/CZfbYw_Odg8/

The champagne would have looked great with all the gold at this one: View: https://www.instagram.com/p/BlAae3vAsH5/

I don't think they're all for everyone, but I could definitely see any of these being appropriate for the right wedding.

I've only gotten a few responses so far, but it's interesting to see how the planners view it. And I'll definitely index what I buy to the planners who book me the most.

My focus is more on the curved nature of the facade, which doesn’t compliment the geographic shapes as much. I liked the gold sparkly one too, but because it doesn’t actually shimmer like real sequins I’m not sure how it would actually be perceived (elegant or almost knock off in nature)

Well, I've gotten 6 responses to the poll so far. All of whom have come from the planners I'm working with the most.

That being said, there isn't a shred of consensus in the results.

The results of how they answered are attached. I'm going to make some decisions and order this week.

Seems the champagne and cream leather are clear favorites. Out of curiousity who are you ordering this from. I’ve been looking at getting g some of those designs for my Photo Booth backdrops.

Milin Displays is the name of the company. I order them directly from Lisa Milin on Facebook.

I ended up ordering a bunch of them. The added cost to let the planners know that I value the ones they liked... It just ended up being easier.

These are en route.
