ODJT crashes IE at work

Wierd... the home page opens to google. If I come to ODJT before going anywhere else, IE crashes about 60% of the time.... If I come to ODJT from somewhere else there is almost never a problem.....

And basicallly ODJT is the only site that crashes IE at all......
 
One word...Firefox :)
 
Hi Chuck,

Thanks for reporting this judging by the fact that over 70% of our visits are from IE browsers, I can only assume it's a local problem. If I could help you troubleshoot I would but I don't use IE often.

On a related note, I have a template coder working to update the templates and bring them in compliance with web standards, possibly it will correct your problem.
 
I don't get why IT's are Firefox haters? Most embrace it, or at least the good ones do.

Question, do you have your own username/password to logon each computer at the station? And it has something like "Domain" where you select a "domain"
 
[Edit] Can you use Pin drives? Like jump drives, if so put portable firefox on there with a Windows Internet Explorer plugin on it, for a while our school had basically a secret club where we bypassed the filters with this combo, nobody even IT didnt catch on to it till the next school year... HEHE

Like, really! Who? I ask! Definitely not I! No...ABSOLUTELY NOT! No! I would never lie about something like that!! I mean, if you're using WINDOWS, then you may as well be spinning your Victrola!!!
