Can't get Napster to transfer tracks?

It sounds to me that your paying for something your not getting. Maybe Napster turned off the to go feature, because they think you have just a regular account. I would give them a call. Their # is 1-800-839-4210.

Garret, giving them a call today won't help... Been there done that... :( napster lacks in this area in customer service... They are available m-f 9-5 central and are blacked out on natl holidays.

However, you should be able to see what type of account you have in napster by going into account settings.

It says logged in as napster to go.... and I do pay for it.... I always could transfer before.
 
I had a problem

I had a problem with my wife's subsription of napster to-go. Although i had to wait for their business hours, and a hold time around 5-10 mintues, once i got someone they were very helpfull. They had to authorize some things on their end to to limitations of the spftware, but all now is good.
